Ascending Haven Housing Solutions is a structured Independent Living Facility (ILF) Program providing affordable, safe, and community-centered shared housing for independent adults across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, California.

Eligible participants enroll in a structured program and agree to our community standards as a condition of participation.

Phase One of the Ascending Haven program currently prioritizes two populations:

• Seniors 55 and older - Adults on SSI, SSDI, Social Security retirement, pension, or other stable monthly income.

• Veterans - Individuals who have served in any branch of the US. military and receive VA disability benefits, VA pension, or other stable monthly income.

As the program grows, Ascending Haven will expand to serve additional populations of independent adults.

Adults seeking stable housing who can live independently in a shared community setting. We accept referrals from individuals, agencies, case managers, and community partners.

We are a drug and alcohol-free program. The standards exist to protect the safety and well-being of every individual enrolled in the community.

We do not provide care or supervision over our program participants of any kind. Our program is exclusively for fully independent adults who can manage their daily lives and do not require assistance with activities of daily living.

Phase One of the Ascending Haven housing program prioritizes seniors age 55 and older and veterans. If you are an independent adult who does not fall into either category, you are welcome to submit an inquiry. Potential placement in our program or referral to another program will depend on current availability and program capacity.

As Ascending Haven grows, we will expand to serve additional populations.

Ascending Haven offers both private and shared rooms, depending on availability:

• Private rooms: You will have your own space within the program home. A higher program participation fee will apply.

• Shared room: A furnished room shared with one other enrolled participant. The room has a lower program fee. We consider compatibility and individual needs when placing participants.

All participants, regardless of the room type, will have access to the shared kitchen, laundry, living areas, and all program community spaces.

Conflicts within the community are addressed directly and promptly. Participants will receive our Code of Conduct and guidance on how to raise concerns within the community.

Ascending Haven does not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful conduct between community members of any kind. Reported or observed behaviors will be handled in accordance with our Standard Operating Policies.
